Transform talented employees, whether new or experienced, through the dynamic Rising Insurance Professionals Program (RIPP). This distinctive program enhances employee confidence, fosters networking, and bolsters the overall performance of the next generation of leaders. The program framework emphasizes personal and professional development, community engagement, and valuable networking opportunities.
Through this leadership program attendees will attend six sessions, four of those being two-day in person sessions, and two virtual check-ins. All sessions and networking events will have a dynamic learning component. In addition to the interactive training days all attendees will be required to complete a final project to be presented to the class prior to Graduation at CONVO 2025.

Session in conjunction with Insurance Industry Legislative Day.
(Legislative Day registration fee is $40 and is required)
Day 1: Legislative Day
10:00 am – Noon: Details TBD
– Private meeting for RIPP only
Noon – 2:00 pm: Lunch (provided)
2:00 – 7:30 pm: Legislative Day programming and reception
Day 2: Government Relations Deep-Dive
Big I Illinois Office, Springfield
9:00 – 11:00 am: After learning about legislation and advocacy the day before, we’ll take a deeper dive into advocacy and government relations with Evan Manning, Phil Lackman & Brett Gerger. Attendees receive talking points to take back to their agency to teach them the importance of advocacy as well as getting in touch with local legislators.
The group will also discuss RIPP expectations, project planning, and more.
