Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
Big I Illinois is taking steps to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in the insurance industry. We are working to recruit a diverse Board of Directors to represent the membership; educate insurance agencies on the benefits of serving clients and employees from diverse backgrounds; and inform students from all backgrounds that the insurance industry offers rewarding, stable, and limitless career opportunities.

The Guide includes references to best practices, reports, websites, books, articles, and other media to inform and educate you on the various issues that pertain to DEI. The Guide can be your "go to" DEI resource.
